Diandian: Your Goal Buddy — Terms of Service

Welcome to “Diandian: Your Goal Buddy” (the “App”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

1.1 What the App Provides

The App is an AI companion application based on BaZi (the classical Chinese Four Pillars system), offering the following services:

Personalized AI companion conversations
Personality analysis based on BaZi
Daily fortune guidance
Goal setting and tracking
Task management and reminders

1.2 Nature of the Service

The BaZi analysis, fortune forecasts, and similar content provided by the App are for reference and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Users should exercise their own judgment and bear the risks of relying on such information.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old, or use the App with the consent of a guardian
Users must provide truthful and accurate personal information
Each user may register only one account

2.2 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure
Users should safeguard their login credentials and must not share them with others
If an account is compromised, the user should notify us immediately

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a user’s account in the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities
Abuse of the service or interference with other users

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the full feature set.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your App Store account settings
After cancellation, you may continue using the service until the end of the current billing cycle

3.3 Refund Policy

All subscription fees are processed through the Apple App Store
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s official channels
We follow Apple’s refund policy

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, users must not:

Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
Impersonate others or misrepresent an affiliation with any person or entity
Upload content containing viruses or malicious code
Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
Access other users’ accounts or data without authorization
Use the service for any unlawful purpose

4.2 Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload
Users grant us a license to use, store, and process their content for the purpose of providing the service
We may use anonymized user data to improve the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Without our written permission, users must not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App’s content
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Service Availability

The App is provided on an “as is” basis; we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
We may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time

6.2 Content Accuracy

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete
BaZi analysis and fortune forecasts are for reference only and should not serve as the basis for major decisions
We are not responsible for any decisions users make based on the App’s content

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy Protection

We take user privacy seriously. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to ourPrivacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published within the App; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction in Shanghai.
